Met with stakeholders and reviewed the strategy, practice and needs of the BA community.
2. Audit Existing Content
Inventoried existing documents and identified content gaps, overlaps and opportunities.

Defined the content model, hierarchy and relationships between key topics.
4. Structure Content & Navigation

- Enable consistent BA practices
What I Learned
This project reinforced that Information Architecture extends far beyond navigation. Designing an effective knowledge hub begins with understanding content, audiences and governance before thinking about menus or page layouts.
By translating strategic objectives into a practical digital experience, I saw how thoughtful information architecture can support long term organizational change and help communities grow and thrive.
Good information architecture isn't just about helping people find information - it's about creating a structure that remains understandable and sustainable as an organization grows.
