1. ABOUT
Understanding people before designing solutions
I'm a UX Researcher, Data Analyst and AI practitioner with over 6 years of experience helping organizations make better decisions through research. My work spans service design as much as interface-level UX — understanding not just screens, but the end-to-end journeys and systems behind them.
My background in Cognitive Science allows me to combine psychology, data and user insights to uncover what people really need - not just what they say they need. I also help businesses build and adopt AI tools and AI skills to advance their own research and analysis processes.
I've worked with the Canadian Government on complex internal services, research studies and digital transformation projects. Today, I also help businesses identify opportunities through UX audits and evidence-based recommendations.

She is a hardworking, self-driven, and highly personable professional who consistently delivers work of the highest quality. Throughout her time with us, Leïa demonstrated an exceptional ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and take initiative.
As a UX Researcher and Data Analyst, she played a key role in developing functional specifications for digital solutions and creating comprehensive reporting tools. Her user research activities were instrumental in gathering meaningful insights that directly informed project decisions and improved outcomes.
In her role as Business Analysis Centre of Excellence Coordinator, Leïa made significant contributions by developing robust processes and procedures, designing the information architecture for our knowledge repository, and helping launch our Business Analysis Community of Practice.
